As a seasoned events professional Lucy can plan, coordinate, and style your event from start to finish. From celebrations, weddings, milestones, to baby showers and birthdays you’ll be in good hands! Creating an event that is Instagram worthy is what we do but making sure it’s what YOU want is everything. Services offered
Initial consultation to discuss ideas, your budget, look and feel of the event, mood board with colours, ideas and concept.
Find a venue if you haven't already, book suppliers or give you suggestions to look into.
Co-ordination of other vendors, gather quotes, pricing and manage the event organisation.
Bespoke event package of your choice included
Styling of ceremony/reception or event - Set up of place cards, signage, our event items you’ve hired and all the items you’ve collected yourself.
On the day co-ordination of event and vendors
Provide a run sheet and contact list
Be as involved as you like in the process
Event pack down to collect items and return to necessary suppliers
